Cassidy Noeldner, NASM-CPT

Cassidy Noeldner is a Colorado native with her NASM-CPT and a B.S. in Applied Kinesiology. She doubles as a backpacking guide, PSIA Alpine ski instructor, youth and group fitness specialist, and strength coach. She has specialized in strength training and coaching outdoor and trail-focused athletes since 2018.

Through her years of personal training experience, Cassidy has worked to empower individuals to reach their potential, creating a community of motivated and confident clients who share her love for fitness for longevity, performance, and elevating the outdoor activities they love - whether it's cycling, skiing, trail running, hiking, or climbing. She believes that strength training not only enhances performance, but it also can make or break the longevity of your activities and overall health.

Her programming often focuses on joint stability and tendon health with intentional strength moves to enhance range of motion and prevent injury in unknown environments and advanced terrain.

Her training philosophy? Don't let your fitness level limit your life experiences.

She thrives on pushing her physical and mental limits and loves helping other people push theirs. Turning a complete 180 from her past as a former American Ninja Warrior competitor and a collegiate long and triple jumper, she has now transformed into a mountain endurance junkie. Self-proclaimed hybrid athlete, her current favorite hobbies include big summit traverses, powerlifting, skiing, climbing, trail running, and road cycling.
