REVO's Sports Performance Program is about Mastery
Mastering your movement is about knowledge and assessment.
If you’re not assessing, you’re guessing
Mastering the basics of athletic movement is the key to long lasting performance.
At Revo, we focus on the movement not the muscle and teach from a foundation of movement standards that redefine how the strength and conditioning world thinks about movement.
Whether you want to run longer, sprint faster, hit harder, swing smoother, ski longer, extend your athletic career, or simply look more fit and live pain free, Revo has the most qualified practitioners to help you reach your goals.
Our membership revolves around our small group fitness classes. These classes are designed to prepare you for the rigors of your sport while emphasizing safe movement patterns as you progress in strength, conditioning and overall fitness. These classes are not programmed randomly but have a set purpose and periodization to ensure your body is able to adapt and realize gains throughout the entire year.
To start your membership we offer an orientation month where you will meet with one of our coaches for an initial and a follow-up review session. Both sessions are one hour long and will help you get familiar with the movements we perform in the classes. You will also receive a movement screen so we can help you take care of any mobility or movement quality concerns as you begin your new training program.

This class is the class for pure gains. With strength development as the primary focus, this class leans more into large compound lifts and building strong foundations. Technique, progressive overload, and building strength are the cornerstones of this class.
-
This class combines focused strength work with cardiovascular conditioning (usually a 15-20 minute circuit for heart rate work at the end of the class). The focus is on increasing metabolic rate, workout efficiency, strength, power, and endurance all at once.
-
This new class is scheduled to prime you for big weekend miles and heavy endurance activity - but even if you’re not headed in or out from a big weekend, your tendons will still benefit from the power-focused, injury reducing, stamina-increasing moves.
-
This class is designed to help you dial in your lifting mechanics so you can safely perform and progress movements to build strength and power injury-free. You’ll pay a little more attention to form and modifications so that you can crush major compound lifts (squat, bench, deadlift) and progress through explosive, ballistic moves (kettlebell swing, cleans, and snatches) safely.
This is catered to all lifters: from beginners who are starting their strength training journey, to experienced trainers who want to dial in their existing lift mechanics and learn new techniques. The class will consist of skill work and finish with drills to really hone what you learned and get your heart pumping.
-
This class is guaranteed to kick your butt. Join fellow female lifters for form-focused strength work with supplemental power and cardiovascular elements to make sure you make gains week-to-week.
-
Use this 30 minute session as a coach-led cool down or warm up; learn to utilize mobility moves & tools, functional stretches, and how to integrate breathe into the movement.
-
Use this 30 minute session as a coach-led check-in aimed to optimize movement and functionality by increasing joint range of motion and muscle length. This class will improve your muscles' ability to move your joints while enhancing joint stability.
Recognize areas of trouble, rehab, and recovery.
