Hannah Lally, PT, DPT
A strength and conditioning coach turned physical therapist, Dr. Hannah Lally is passionate about optimizing movement, restoring function, and helping athletes dominate their sport!
Hannah graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2008 and went on to spend the first eight years of her career as a strength coach, personal trainer, and yoga instructor. After many years of performance-based coaching, Hannah’s desire to better help her athletes through injury and setbacks, led her back to school to earn a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, from the University of Colorado.
Clinically, Hannah has a special interest in working with runners, cyclists, Cross-Fitters, and moms of all ages. She loves training all ability levels—from athletes looking to crush their next race, to fitness newbies wondering where to start. She has her Pelvic Floor Level 1 training from Herman and Wallace and is excited about helping women address pelvic floor performance.
When not at Revo, Hannah can be found running, skiing, backpacking, mountain biking, or participating in any activities that bridge wellness and friendship/community.
