Nicole Wildermuth, PT, DPT, CSCS, SFL
A California native converted to living the Rocky Mountain way, Dr. Nicole Wildermuth is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Strength and Conditioning Coach. In addition, Nicole has additional certifications as a StrongFirst Barbell Instructor and in Trigger Point Dry Needling. Nicole views strength training, sports performance, and rehabilitation as one entity and integrates principles of each into her approach to guide individuals towards achieving their goals.
Nicole earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Regis University and Bachelor’s of Science degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Physical Therapy from San Diego State University.
Her goal is to empower others to become adaptable, durable, and active in their personal health management. Nicole has worked with a variety of patient populations including acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain, post-operation, and return to sport. Clinically, Nicole has a special interest in optimizing performance for runners, snowboarders, and the hybrid athlete. She is also passionate about helping younger athletes with adolescent athletic development.
