Women’s Strength Class

Dr. Colleen McGinnis leads Revo’s first women’s specific strength class, mixing barbell movements, skills, Kettlebells, and a hint of cardio. 

This class is highly scalable, which means that any female at any fitness level can join. 

Ladies, if you want to improve muscle and bone strength, get comfortable lifting weights in the gym, improve form, burn fat and calories, prevent injuries and improve your performance and have a bit of fun, this class is for you. 

Class is Thursday evenings at 5:30pm
